By accessing or using QANDARJI (website and mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on QANDARJI. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
4. Products and Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Iraqi Dinar (IQD).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
- We strive to maintain accurate stock levels but cannot guarantee availability.
5. Orders and Payments
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline.
- Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD).
- You agree to pay the full order amount including any delivery fees upon receipt.
6. Delivery
- We deliver within Iraq. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional charges may apply.
7. Returns and Exchanges
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
- Certain items (undergarments, customized products) are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on QANDARJI, including logos, images, text, and design, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
QANDARJI is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Delays caused by delivery partners or force majeure events.
